The SleepTracker Elite
by SleepTracker
Beep…beep…beep goes the aggravating alarm clock situated
next to your bed. That old machine wakes users up hours early or hours to late,
giving you the next 15 odd hours to look forward to grogginess and exhaustion.
Fortunately Sleeptracker has presented a resolution to this problem, one that
holds your sleep in high regards. The Men’s Sleeptracker Elite is a versatile
watch that monitors physical signals during the five stages of sleep.
As a light sleeper and sufferer of
bouts of insomnia, I was apprehensive of such a simple to use watch. After
trying it the first night into the morning, I was proven wrong. I woke from my
sleep refreshed and eager to start the day early without resorting to coffee or
caffeine. You can choose between various options to customize your watch for
your own needs. Personally, I found the vibrating alarm to be more effective
than the ringer, and the backlight and large print makes the screen easy to
read, without any strain on the eyes. However one of the main feature is the
flash memory. With the built in memory it is able to record your sleep patterns
for up to 12 hours and be synced to your computer for analysis with the
included software. The only reservations I have for the device is the aesthetic
design of the watch. It’s true, the watch is versatile and can be worn during
both sleep and in public, but it depends upon taste. Overall, I recommend
purchase of the Sleeptracker Elite for men, or checking out similar products such
as the Women’s Sleeptracker Elite.
