Thermometer Watch 40-328

If you are an avid hiker and are looking to invest in a reliable watch then you should consider the Coleman Digital Thermometer Watch 40-328. The 40-328 has all the capabilities of a basic watch with the addition of a functional thermometer. The watch is also both durable and reliable, attributes every outdoors-men looks for.

The Coleman
Thermometer Watch comes in a standard brown color with a
one-size-fits-all, woven
Velcro band to match. In comparison to similar watches the band is
surprisingly
comfortable and did not irritate even after long use. The watch is also
equipped with a green back-lit screen, alarm feature, stop watch, and
the date
displayed. The time can also be displayed in both standard and military
versions. The main feature of the watch, the thermometer, gives accurate
readings with a few degrees difference in temperature when tested. I
found that
readings were more accurate when the watch was taken off the wrist, as
body
heat likely causes some variance. Although it may not be the most
convenient,
it does however give fairly good readings. Furthermore, the temperature
is
displayed in both Fahrenheit and Celsius on the watch interface. One
major
drawback that I found was the updating feature. It took several minutes
for the
watch to update the temperature under dramatic changes, minor changes
did not
seem to be a problem.

The Coleman Digital
Thermometer
40-328 is a great watch to wear for any occasion and for 30 dollars is
an even
better steal.

  1. A good blog post. Something I always tell students is keep raw ingredients totally separate from ready to eat foods.
Wash your hands well in soapy water after touching raw meat and raw vegetables. (Soil on raw vegetables is a major source of pathogenic organisms.
Check the internal temperature of cooked foods to ensure it has reached at least 75°C or 167°F. This temperature will ensure that it is safe to eat.
