The Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 offers a top shelf system of
portable speakers that compromise nothing in regards to sound and capabilities.
It delivers a power punch of sound that is not typical of similar product’s
size. The Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 allows users to listen to their favorite music
while docked on the charger for portable use. The device contains a built in
ten hour rechargeable battery with the benefit of a battery-level indicator. In
addition, the system consists of high excursion drivers and pressure drivers to
maximize sound quality.
To be highly critical the bass is lacking, but is still
far better than typical mp3 player accessory speakers. Orchestrated music was
more dramatic while vocally it was crisp. Furthermore, the battery saving shut
off feature I found to be very beneficial especially if you are someone who
tends to fall asleep listening to music. The portability of the device was by
far one of its best features. The included carrying case made it effortless to
bring to any outing or event, and to entertain your friends. Likewise, the
included remote had also proven to be a great additional feature. Although the
range of the remote was shorter than I would have liked, it shuffles right
through your docked iPod to one of your favorite songs. There are also buttons
on the top of the unit with similar controls. The purchase also includes
adapters that work for all iPods as well as the iPhone.
