UAlbany Men’s Lacrosse Thompson Trio to be on Tonight (May 8) on CBS Evening News
NEW YORK – The Thompson Trio will be featured on national television on CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley tonight, May 8th during the 7:00 p.m. show.
CBS News reporter Elaine Quijano interviewed the Thompson trio for the story. All three Thompsons and UAlbany coach Scott Marr were interviewed for the piece.
People in the Capital District may watch the show tonight on CBS6 at 7 p.m. The story and full show will later be available on the CBS News website. In the latest Nielsen ratings, CBS Evening News averages about seven million viewers a week.
Earlier this year, the Thompsons were featured in stories in the New York Times and ABC World News.
